The investor is open to acquiring any stable, profit-making business located in Pune or its surrounding areas. Key criteria for the target business include:
• Any Industry — manufacturing, trading, services, retail, food & beverage, logistics, or any other sector considered
• Pune-based — strong preference for businesses within Pune city or Pune Metropolitan Region (Pimpri-Chinchwad, Hadapsar, Hinjewadi, etc.)
• Business Stage — stable, established, and currently operational with a minimum of 3 years in business
• Revenue range — ₹50 Lakhs to ₹8 Cr annual turnover
• Positive EBITDA — minimum ₹15–25 Lakhs; business must be profitable
• Clean financials — audited books, no major pending litigations or regulatory issues
• Full Sale only — seller must be willing to exit completely; transition support of 3–6 months preferred
• No distressed assets — businesses with losses, heavy debt, or legal disputes will not be considered
